Besides, the China government again regulates the most-favored policies to the export enterprises such as improving the export rebate and reducing the time of the check and approval system and the tax rebate procedure.with these policies, the cash flow situation will be improved and the tax may be reduced .At the same time, the part cost such as the electricity fee might be decreased. Furthermore, it is confirmed that government will amend the labour law such as the circulation of extra time salary or making easier for the enterprise to handle compensation in the HR dispute. But it is impossible to lower the minimum salary . The company will strive for the policy by positive contact with relative government organs. It is reported that the central government will launch a RMB 300 billion plan to change the small and medium-sized enterprises difficult situation .
