Operation Process after being pushed into the operation room and the anesthesia taking effect, the patient shall be prone and be routinely disinfected, then the asepsis sheet will be laid out. From the longitudinal cut of middle of waist, taking L4 Protrusion as the center, layer by layer, cut through the skin and subcutaneous tissue, then the deep fascia. Peel paraspinal muscle under the periosteum at the right side of mediotrusion. C4-C5 clearance on the poles is exposed and the lower edge of C4 push plate is bitten. Ligamentun flavum is cut to enter the spinal canal and pull the nerve root and dural sacs into the internal side. Moreover, the outstanding nucleus pulposus tissues expose to achieve the nucleus pulposus clamp. Stop bleeding after being washed by the salt water and then close the cut.
