为了统一云南大学系学士论文的写作格式，制定此规范。云南大学系士论文写作者须遵照此规范完成论文。
学士论文包含封面、目录（Contents）、致谢（Acknowledgements）、英文摘要（Abstract）、汉语摘要、正文和引用作品（References）七个部分；英文摘要和汉语摘要中须包含关键词（Key Words）3-5 个。“关键词”和“Key Words”均用黑体。英文关键词 “Key” 中K 要大写，“Word”中 W要大写；英文关键词之间用逗号，空一格。中文关键词之间用分号，不空格。中英文摘要各排一页；
论文英文字体一律采用Times New Roman，汉字字体采用宋体；
封面标题使用加粗、居中二号字体。正文第一页不再需要论文标题。正文中大标题使用小二号字体，小标题使用三号字体，小小标题使用小三号字体，正文中其它地方使用小四号字体；字体颜色为黑色；正文使用双倍行距；
正文的大、小标题中实词的首字母需要用大写字母；
论文正文部分每部分均要有标题，用Part 加大写罗马数字，如：Part I Introduction (黑体)。无论大、小标题都要与正文空一行，部分与部分间要也空一行；
纸张一律使用A4白纸，单面印刷，左侧装订；
上页边距2.54厘米、下页边距2.54厘米, 左页边距3.5厘米, 右页边距3厘米；
页码标在页脚居中，封面不用页码，目录、致谢和摘要使用小写罗马数字，正文部分使用阿拉伯数字；
文献注释采用夹注格式（TR）。（格式为：姓，出版年份：页码）中文作者用全名。引用到同一作者，同一年中的两部及以上作品，注释格式为：年代 + a:页码；
英文输入时，请用英文状态；中文输入时，请用中文状态。

The Scarlet Letter is a famous fiction written by Nathaniel Hawthorne. The story is simple but very moving. It is as follows: An aging English scholar– who spent long hours poring over books– sends his beautiful young wife, Haster Prynne by name, to make their new home in England. He sends her ahead, alone while he remains behind to conclude business before following her across the sea. “But in the next two years, he never arrives, and the citizens of Boston presume he went down with a ship.” During these two years, Hester committee adultery and bore a child. When he comes over two years after, he is bewildered to see his wife in pillory, wearing a scarlet letter A on her breast, holding her illicit child in her arm. “Determining to find out who her lover is, the old scholar disguises himself as a physician and changes his name to Roger Chillingworth.”（Comfort 32） He discovers that the villain is no other than the much admired brilliant young clergyman. Arthur Dimmesdale Tormenting himself ruthlessly for his sin, Dimmesdale finds his conscience no less ruthlessly preyed upon by Chillingworth. He cuts himself off from community. Haster Prynne’s response to the scarlet letter A is a positive one. Though living on the fringe of the community, she does her best to reestablish her relationship with her neighbors on a new, honest basis. She helps her fellow creatures as a sister of mercy of sorts or as a skilled embroiderness in an in obtrusive and undemanding manner, and finally wins their love and admiration. At one time she plans to leave America with Dimmesdale, but he refuses her help. He dies in the end in her arms while confessing his sin at a public gathering
