Since I was young, I had got a dream deep in my heart, which is one day I could fly to the space and look at earth in person. I was told that it is one kind of engineering, since then I have endeavored to find out as much about engineering as possible. After years of efforts, I have got closer and closer to my dream. At the present time ,I am in charge of astronautic mechanical design . Because of taking part in the design of satellite system for long time ,I have got plenty of experience on this kind of engineering .

I find this to be a challenging and stimulating role and believe it has developed my confidence in this area immensely. I never stop my pace to chase my dream .What I have achieved give strong motivation to further my study in this field .

Looking at the development of astronautics in China ,one will feel that science and technology change the world in a rapid speed. In the process of development in the last 50years , systems engineering management have gone through four stages : initial establishment ,gradual completion ,in-depth application and innovative development. A spacecraft system engineering and technical system and procedure have been formed step by step .At the same time , a set of spacecraft systems engineering methods and standards has been established . When it comes to the comparison to some foreign countries, significant gaps exist in many aspects ,for instance , systems engineering processes, system engineering standards, system design capabilities, ect. The achievement of  highly-developed standards ,which is seen distinctly on the aspects of systemicness , scientificment and advance ,is ascribed to form the system early and provide immense resource in this specific filed . By realizing this ,I found that I am confronted with even greater challenges. A thought arises in my brain, which is it is my obligation to make contribution to the astronautic enterprise .

In order to rich my personal knowledge in this area ,I choose to study aboard .As far as I am concerned , Delft University of Technology is one of the top University in the world and known as the European MIT. As a result ,I put my sight on this distinguished university .It is said that with the longest history ,largest scale and widest ranges of specialties , Delft University of Technology is famous as science and engineering university and enjoys the reputation .There are 7 faculties ,24 specialties in this university and the setting covers almost all engineering sciences, including aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering ,of which enjoying  a strong strength, reputation in the international related fields .

The institution where I work has a long –termed cooperation ,thus some of staff will be dispatched in a regular time exchanging and studying. So the opportunity fells on me . This university is the best choice to achieve my aim in this area . First and foremost, the outstanding professors will give me the professional guidance in the study of professional and the necessary knowledge. Secondly ,the abundant resource can provide me with more opportunities .

The purpose of this study is to go abroad to learn advanced aerospace systems engineering design theory and methods and to learn European countries ,successful experience of spacecraft design and manufacture. Expected goal is to obtain graduate degree through learning in Delft University of Technology, and at the same time, 

cultivating the ability in spacecraft system overall design, making effort of enhancing  personal qualities as a system engineer and learning foreign spacecraft design processes, methods and project management concepts. Studying abroad program in two years is learning the basic theory courses which including aerospace research methodology, aerospace systems engineering, astral science, carrying promote heat transfer, spacecraft power, electronics, mechanics, space equipment and other required courses and all elective courses. I will be in well preparation for the curriculum , try my most to finish on time, and follow the tutor professor for research and practice ,to participate much as possible in the engineering practice of the project, Strengthen the communication with teacher.http://www.steelbee.net/baogao/c650 I keep in mind that Completing the thesis writing and reply to reach graduation requirement to obtain the degree on time. Meanwhile, I will also participate in the academic exchange activities of the school. If possible, I hope I can visit the European aerospace research institutions , discuss with foreign experts and get more advanced technical knowledge.
